These terms cover peasantsdreaming.com and GridWeb, published by Peasants Dreaming LLC ("we"). By using either, you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Item.Play on foot, in public, and pay attention

• Never use GridWeb while driving, cycling, riding a scooter or operating machinery.
• Don't trespass on private property, school grounds, hospitals, government facilities or other restricted areas.
• Watch your surroundings, traffic, street crossings, weather and other people at all times.

Item.Respect other players

GridWeb is played with real people in real places. Don't follow, harass, threaten or physically interfere with anyone, in or out of the game. We may suspend or close accounts that do.

Item.Fair play

GPS spoofing, modified clients, emulators, bots and automated scripts are not allowed and may lead to immediate suspension.

Item.Virtual items and purchases

In-game currency and items have no real-world value and can't be transferred outside the game. Purchases and subscriptions are billed and managed through your App Store or Google Play account.

Item.Risk and liability

You take on the risks of moving around outdoors while playing. To the fullest extent the law allows, Peasants Dreaming LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or physical damages arising from your use of GridWeb or from ignoring these rules.
