Delete your account

GridWeb by Peasants Dreaming LLC

You can delete your GridWeb account and the data tied to it at any time, in either of two ways.

Item.In the app

Open GridWeb, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm.

Item.By email

If you no longer have the app, email ed@peasantsdreaming.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject Delete my GridWeb account. Include your codename if you remember it. We may ask you to confirm the request from that address before we act on it.

Item.What gets deleted

Within 30 days of a confirmed request we permanently delete:

• your account, codename, email address and sign-in link,
• your face scan data (the encrypted face template and any reference photos),
• your location history, Safe Zones and sector footprints,
• photos and clips captured of you or by you during play,
• your career stats, badges, blocks and push-notification tokens.

Item.What we keep

Match results that other players' records depend on stay, but they are detached from you and show only as an anonymous player. We keep a record of reports or bans for up to 12 months where we need it to keep other players safe or to meet a legal obligation. Encrypted backups roll off within 35 days.

Deleting your account cannot be undone. If you only want to stop playing for a while, you can just sign out.
