GridWeb & Peasants Dreaming

Stuck, found a bug, or worried about another player? Write to us and a real person will answer, usually within two working days.

It helps if you include:

• your GridWeb codename and the email you signed in with,
• your phone model and operating system version,
• roughly when and where it happened, and a screenshot if you have one.

Item.Safety comes first

GridWeb is played on real streets. If you are ever in danger, call your local emergency number before anything else. To report a player for harassment, stalking or unsafe play, use Report on their dossier in the app or email us with the word SAFETY in the subject line, and we will look at it first. You can also block any player from their dossier at any time.

Item.Your account and data

You can delete your account from inside the app or by following the steps on the account deletion page. How we handle your data is set out in the privacy policy.
